The Islamabad High Court has accepted PTI Chairman Imran Khan's application for protective bail in the Al-Qadir Trust case.  In an informal conversation with journalists in the court, the former prime minister says that 'one person is responsible for what happened and that is the army chief.' 


Abstract

The Islam High Court will hear Imran Khan's bail application in the Al-Qadir Trust case today.  Before the appearance of Chairman PTI, strict security arrangements have been made around the Islamabad High Court.

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court declared the arrest of Imran Khan from the premises of the Islamabad High Court illegal yesterday and ordered him to be shifted to Police Lines Guest House under judicial supervision.

The police have detained several leaders including the central leadership of Tehreek-e-Insaf on Wednesday night.

After two days of violent protests, the situation is improving in major cities of the country on Thursday, but the internet service is still suspended in the country.

After the arrest of Imran Khan, at least ten people have been killed and dozens injured in the violent protests of Tehreek-e-Insaaf in various cities of the country. 


Imran Khan got interim bail for two weeks in Al-Qadir Trust case

The Divisional Bench of Islamabad High Court has granted interim bail to Chairman PTI Imran Khan for two weeks in the Al-Qadir Trust case. 


A special division bench consisting of Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Taman Rifat Imtiaz was constituted to hear the protective bail application by Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan. 


It should be noted that on Tuesday, Imran Khan was arrested by the Islamabad High Court in the NAB's Al-Qadir Trust case, after which, after being detained for two days, the Supreme Court summoned Imran Khan to court and arrested him.  He was declared illegal and ordered to be kept in judicial custody at Police Lines Rest House. 


The court ordered him to appear before the Islamabad High Court on Friday. 


The division bench of Islamabad High Court heard the petition of Imran Khan, the division bench includes Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Taman Rifat Imtiaz. 


Chairman PTI Imran Khan appeared in the court, Imran Khan's lawyer Khawaja Haris argued that the call-up notice was given to Imran Khan on March 2, nothing was clear in the call-up notice. 


Khawaja Haris said that NAB is biased at the moment, according to the new NAB law, warrants can be issued at the level of case investigation, the purpose of changing the inquiry into investigation was the arrest of Imran Khan. 


Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb asked Khawaja Haris in a dialogue to read out the call-up notice, on which, the lawyer said that only one call-up notice was given. 


Khawaja Haris said that we were filing this application on May 9 that Imran Khan was arrested, in another application we requested to change the inquiry into an investigation. 


In the Al-Qadri University Trust case, the Islamabad High Court granted bail to Imran Khan for two weeks. 


Earlier, Imran Khan's team of lawyers could not enter the courtroom due to heavy rush outside the court of Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb. 


Barrister Gauhar says that we are not allowed inside, how will we conduct the hearing while the media was barred from entering the court room. 


Yesterday, the Supreme Court declared the arrest of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf as illegal and directed Imran Khan to approach the Islamabad High Court again and said that you have to accept the decision of the Islamabad High Court. 


Later, Imran Khan sought permission to go home in the Supreme Court, on which the Supreme Court rejected the request of the former Prime Minister and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf to go to the house (Banigala) and said that he should be allowed to go to Police Lines Guest House.  I will be kept. 


It should be noted that former Prime Minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan was arrested by the Rangers from the premises of Islamabad High Court.
