7 Keyboard Shortcut Keys of  Windows Computers to Make Life Easier

In the last blog we discussed Seven Shortcut keys of Windows computers that will make you more efficient in your work tasks, and here is Part 2 of that blog

File Explorer :

So this theory is about File Explorer,

File Explorer is the place where you have all the files including all your drives,

to go to File Explorer, we normally have a File Explorer shortcut, or this PC

shortcut by which you go to check your files,

if you want to open File Explorer more quickly you can press the Windows key +

E to check your files more quickly.

Magnifier :

Here you can become a computer detective,

if you want to enhance or increase the size of anything on your computer screen to

increase the visibility or anything so small in writing and you want to increase the

size to make it readable you can use a magnifier for this and here's the short key,

you can press the Windows key combined with the (+) and (-) signs and you now

increase the size of anything where your mouse pointer is.

Taking Screenshot

if you want to take a screenshot of your computer screen here you can do so,

Pressing the Windows key + the print screen key, normally located in the

above the row of your keyboard, or you may combine these keys with the function

key to make it function,

If your keyboard doesn't have a print screen key you can do this by pressing the

function key with windows key + space bar, now you have solid proof and

you can use it whenever you need it LOL.

Action Center

To set up Bluetooth to connect with the devices, enable or disable the Wifi, using

your PC as a Wi-Fi hotspot, turning on or off your computer notifications, etc, all

these are called Action Center, which is available in a newer version of Windows,

it is the same as a mobile phone in which you pull down your screen then you can see

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, silent and unsilent modes, and airplane mode symbols to manage

it. On a computer, you can do this by pressing the Windows key + A key to open it.

Computer Settings

To do some settings on your computer, you don't need to go to settings manually,

you can do this by pressing the Windows + I key to open it more quickly.

computer Assistant

Nowadays computers are coming with personal assistants, like in your Android

mobile phones we have Google Assistant and on an iPhone we have Siri,

same as Windows computers come with Cortana, you can enable it by

pressing the Windows + C key, now your computer assistant is here to listen and

following your commands.

PC Current Performance

if you want to check how your computer is performing and how much load is on

your RAM of your computer or you want to check if your speakers and microphone

working correctly or not,

you can see all these things by pressing Windows + G to see how your computer is performing
